By downloading and using VahanPing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
VahanPing is an anonymous vehicle contact system that allows people to notify vehicle owners via QR codes. The service includes a mobile app, QR code generation, WhatsApp notifications, and optional physical sticker delivery.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information. You must provide a valid phone number for notifications. You agree not to misuse the anonymous messaging system for harassment or spam. You must be at least 18 years old to use VahanPing.
Physical QR sticker orders are non-refundable once shipped. SMS and call credits are non-refundable once used. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
You may not use VahanPing for harassment, stalking, or any illegal activity. You may not attempt to identify anonymous senders. You may not use automated tools to spam the system.
VahanPing is not responsible for any damages arising from missed notifications, delayed deliveries, or misuse of the anonymous contact system. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of VahanPing after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
